Scope of Marketing Project: Comprehensive online presence for the client

The marketing project’s objective was to establish a comprehensive online presence for the client. This entailed developing a website, social media accounts, and campaigns, as well as creating membership products.

This project involved starting with a blank canva and therefore was an exciting new challenge for myself leading the project and for the tech team.

The challenge of training the client in the technical aspects was effectively addressed by developing a comprehensive marketing project business case with well-defined milestones. Additionally, my strong communication skills played a vital role in overcoming this hurdle.

Despite occasional communication challenges arising from language barriers,successful resolution of issues was achieved through the application of patience and clear communication.

My extensive knowledge combined with research in these digital tools played a crucial role, resulting in reduced manual processing time for memberships, increased online media exposure, and more selling opportunities.

As a result, the client achieved a comprehensive professional online presence and optimized their membership process, encompassing information management and seamless online payment processing.
