Every project needs its own game plan. Whether it’s defining the scope, managing resources, or keeping stakeholders happy, no two projects are the same. For example, a fast-moving social media campaign might thrive with Trello boards and Agile workflows—quick, flexible, and iterative. But a website redesign? That calls for a more structured Waterfall approach with clear timelines and close teamwork between UX designers, developers, and content creators.

The deliverables, budget, and team dynamics shape how I approach each project. For a website redesign, I might focus on aligning UX/UI with big-picture goals. For a multi-channel marketing campaign, consistent messaging is the priority. No matter the project, the goal is always to create measurable outcomes that align with the business’s larger objectives.
